ABOUT US
Since 2015 Ecofol started a program for diversification of the production resultant in the production of AdBlue® according to ISO 22241 for one of the biggest sellers of products in Europe.
Since 2017 Ecofol started direct sales to Bulgarian clients.
Ecofol AD produces the product AdBlue® under ISO 22241 and license from the Verband der Automobilindustrie e.V. (VDA).
Ecofol has its own factory in Targovishte where the fertilizers and the diesel supplement are produced by applying the best and modernized methods.
INTELLIGENT NATURE-FRIENDLY SOLUTION
AdBlue® from Ecofol AD is a water solution, compose of specialized SCR Urea and deeply deionized water, produced in controlled sanitary environment. The production AdBlue® is possible only with licensee issued by Verband der Automobilindustrie e.V. (VDA). It is designed to be used only in diesel motor vehicles, equipped with SCR technology. It helps the observation of Euro 5 criteria and Euro 6 harmful emissions standards. AdBlue®-obtained ammonia reacts in SCR catalyzer to the harmful nitrogen oxides which further are transformed into a water steam and nitrogen. It shall not be added to the fuel tank.
AdBlue® from Ecofol AD is suitable for all engines, provided with SCR systems – cars, buses, trucks, construction equipment, ships and even diesel fuel boilers.
QUALITY
AdBlue® from Ecofol AD is in compliance with ISO 22241. It is preserved for a period of twelve months at a temperature from -50С to 300С in tightly closed tanks or tubes, away from direct sunlight and dust.
In order to guarantee the quality of the product, tanks or tubes for products other than the original ones are not to be used.
CONTROL
Each AdBlue® batch from Ecofol AD is exercised a three-stage quality control in order to guarantee that the parameters are kept at 100 %.
- First preliminary test for base quality parameters in the factory laboratory of Ecofol AD, equipped with the last generation of measuring devices.
- A test is performed in Italian and German laboratory, along with a full accreditation of analysis and tests of AdBlue® for compliance with ISO 22241.
- Ecofol AD preserves a sample of each batch in controlled environment for 2 years.

PRESERVATION
The preservation and use of AdBlue® are very important for its quality parameters prior to its entering into SCR system.
The product can be preserved and used only in containers and equipment made of pressed polyethylene, polypropylene or stainless steel which have never been used for other product than AdBlue®, distilled or deionized water. The equipment in which AdBlue® is produced, delivered or stored shall not be washed with plain water because even it can soil this exceptionally pure solution.
TRANQUILITY
ECOFOL guarantees the tranquility of the clients as far as the quality of the products is concerned, by keeping in their storehouse samples of each AdBlue® production batch for two years.
ECOFOL guarantees the quality of each produced liter by means of the quality control system ISO 9001:2008.
ECOFOL produces all the products considering the environment, by means of the environment control system ISO 14001:2005.
PRODUCTS
AdBlue® from Ecofol AD will be delivered in canisters of 3, 10 liters, in 1000-liter IBC containers. For bigger quantities is possible bulk delivery (by tank truck).
The delivery take place within 5 working days from confirmed order.

SECURITY
The packing of 3 and 10 liters is protected by a cap by means of an excise label.
IBC containers of 1000 l. have a three-level protection through stamps.
